Who Is Sam Pang?
Sam Pang, 50, is a comedian and radio/TV presenter of Australian nationality and Chinese heritage.
Before he pursued a career in comedy and entertainment, Pang was actually a footy player for the Collingwood under-19s team. He also played country football for Tasmania and regional Victoria.
At age 28, upon the insistence of his friends, Pang entered the radio industry. For five years, he hosted Breakfasters on the 3RRR station. In 2016, he joined the Nova 100 breakfast show Chrissie, Sam, & Browny as one of its hosts.
He also presented The Rush Hour while its usual hosts James Brayshaw and Billy Brownless were off covering the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
In 2023 it was announced that Sam Pang would be hosting the TV WEEK Logie Awards.

In 2009, Pang broke into television with a hosting stint on history quiz show ADbc on SBS One, which aired for a year.
But Pang really came into the public eye when he was chosen to host SBS One’s coverage of the Eurovision Song Contest alongside Julia Zemiro. He continued to host Eurovision until 2017 when Myf Warhurst and Joel Creasey stepped into the roles.
Sam Pang then settled into radio, hosting breakfast alongside Chrissie Swan and Jonathan Brown on Nova 96.9 FM up until 2022.
These days, Sam hostsChannel Seven’s The Front Barand isa panellist on the Logie-award-winning weekly game show Have You been Paying Attention on Network 10.

Who Are Sam Pang's Parents?
Not much is known about Sam Pang’s parents or family, except for the fact that his folks were fans of the American show Happy Days and named Sam’s brother after Chuck, one of the main characters.
We also know that legendary Australian actress and Gold Logie award-winner Lorrae Desmond is Sam Pang’s mother’s cousin. In 2017, Pang and Desmond co-presented an award together at the Logies.
Who Is Sam Pang’s Partner?
Most comedians tap into their personal lives for material, poking fun at their partners or children in the process. But Sam Pang is clearly not like other comedians.
In fact, Pang hasn’t revealed much about his childhood, background, or family to the public, including his wife’s name or photos.
Sam Pang’s wife is reported to be Italian. Although no details about his wedding have ever been released, there is speculation that Pang tied the knot as early as 2000 with a woman named ‘Ann’. These reports remain unconfirmed.
Does Sam Pang Have Any Children?
Another thing we know for sure about Sam Pang? He has a daughter named Sienna Pang, although her age and birthdate are unknown.
In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in 2012, Pang revealed that the day his daughter was born was one of the happiest days of his life.
